How fast can we start?
Usually within 1–2 weeks of the scoping call. We keep the calendar intentionally light so we can take work we believe in.
What does it cost?
Placeholder — fixed scope, fixed price per engagement. You’ll see the full number on the proposal before anything starts. No hourly surprises.
Do you take equity?
Mostly cash engagements. We’re open to hybrid arrangements with founders we know well, but it’s the exception, not the model.
Who do you work with?
Early-stage founders and small teams shipping B2B SaaS or internal tools — especially where applied AI, ops automation, or a narrow wedge is involved.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Mutual NDAs are standard before any scoping call that gets into specifics.
Do you also build your own products?
Always. The studio ships its own tools in parallel — it’s how our advice stays field-tested instead of theoretical.
